Starting September 16, all drone pilots who are required to register their drones with the FAA, must follow the rule on Remote ID. This includes pilots who fly for recreation, business or public safety.
Remote ID acts as a sort of digital license plate for your UAV. It will enable federal agents and other law enforcement agencies to locate the control station when a drone appears to be defying regulations.
Anyone flying without RID is in violation of the FAA. You cvan call or email the local FSDO office to file anonymous complaints or turn-ins

Being a small business requires a lot and others are doing drone jobs without licenses or certificates which is illegal. Much less paying taxes on it.
