After talking with a Bride this morning she thanked me for keeping communication fluent between us and said she was getting ghosted by one of her vendors/Venues which is frustrating to hear, I was able to calm her and give advice but just communicating with others is simple, answering just takes a second, stop the headache and stop creating doubt in these already stressed out brides!!!

Ghosting someone may seem harmless but it displays an absence of respect that could damage you or your company's reputation.
