"No other single timing company offers what PhD Media offers," Spradlin. "And no one offers it at the rates offered through us." Events are contracted on a first-come, first-serve basis as dates are available. When working with a race director for the first time, Spradlin makes the effort to meet with that person prior to event day. "This ensures both sides there are no surprises on race day," Spradlin said. "Questions can be asked and answered and scenarios can be run through to troubleshoot potential problems, before they're problems."
