For over 20 years, Gail Holdcraft has been creating elegant and unique customized wedding, groom’s, shower, occasion and novelty cakes. Bakies at I'On's goal is to create homemade quality baked goods for weddings, birthdays, and special occasions as well as cupcakes, cookies, bars, pastries, cakes in a jar – and anything else we can imagine for class parties, Christmas presents, family dinners, picnics, corporate, church meetings… you name it!
