I revamped my desk space over the summer. By revamped, I mean I cleared away all the stuff that didn't belong on my desk and made it a usable workspace.

I love looking at all the gorgeous aesthetic desk setups around social media. Trying to keep my desk looking like that would probably drive me crazy.

Instead, I strive for a ready-to-work aesthetic. I feel like I’ve won if I don’t have to take anything off my desk before I sit down to work. I can't believe such a small thing made a such a big difference for me.

The magic of a good blocking never ceases to amaze me. This top went from wonky looking to crisp and fresh looking. Mom of skeins stitched up this design in Tunisian crochet. Mom created the stripes by alternating Andorra by Kelbourne Woolens with Mohair from Universal Yarn.

Cryss finished her Step Hem Skirt. Cryss was very pleasantly surprised by how soft the Berroco Ultra Wool Fine she used for the center panels became after a nice soak in Eucalan. The granny squares running down the side are made of Universal Yarn Angora Lace. She's paired her new skirt with her Tak Cardigan. Both pieces are of her own design.

Let me address this first, yes I'm wearing my newly revamped Dofuku jacket at Costco. 🤣🤣

I finished installing the brand new lining, interior pocket, and chain weighted hem. I'm so pleased with how it wears now. I wore it with a coordinating Sophie scarf.

Episode 104 of Three of Skeins Knit and Crochet Podcast is up on YouTube. In this episode Cryss has gotten a late start, but a start nonetheless on her Autumn-tacular Fall-splosion cardigan.

This escalated. Once I'd built a supportive foundation inside my Dofuku jacket, I couldn't possibly live without a pocket! I used leftover lining fabric and some scraps to make a hidden patch pocket that's just big enough to hold my cell phone. Sqweeeeeee!

I needed to open the seams on the sleeves of my Dofuku jacket. I'm adding woven lining to the jacket and I wanted the sleeves open and flat. I picked out the seam on the first sleeve easy peasy.

Why on earth did I think the second sleeve would go the same way? The woven in yarn tail disappeared and the cuff had some sort of weird tangle. Don't ask me what I did there. In the end, I had to cut a stitch.
