I’ve learned that there are 2 types of clients in this business..
Client 1: “It’s not that bad”
•doesn’t remove items
•vehicle hasn’t had care in months
•requires more tedious work
•doesn’t like the price but loves the outcome
•never tips
•never know when they’ll be back
Client 2: “Its a mess”
•has removed everything from the vehicle
•cares about upkeep of the vehicle
•work is less tedious
•loves the price and the outcome
•tips well and often
•will return in 2-4 weeks
At the end of the day we want to serve both clients! Every service isn’t created equal but every individual will be treated fairly. Best part about it..both clients will leave happy and at some point both will be back for great service 😊
