Episode 7: Main Street, Chester, New Jersey

In Episode 7, Heather and Stacey spend the day shopping the charming small businesses of Main Street in Chester, New Jersey. In this segment we are excited to introduce you to a few of the hard working and steadfast shop keepers. We start the morning getting to know Chef Laurent Carratie of Nina Lou Patisserie. After a mouthwatering interview, we indulged in a taste test of what this new French Pastry Shop has to offer… A must visit! Across the street we met Linda Hayes of Linda’s Biscotti and learned all about the production of her thriving biscotti business. Her brick and mortar shop is where she sells and bakes all her delicious creations. You can also find Linda’s Biscotti in several other local businesses. Monica Naselli owns the Dainty Dandelion which sells a beautifully curated selection of products made in the USA. Not only does she sell new products, but she is also an interior designer, refinishes furniture and hosts special events, to name a few. Danielle Hester opened Comfortably Chic, her first shop in Chester in 2018. Now Danielle and her kids own and run 5 businesses on Main Street. Comfortably Chic, The Chester Candle Co., Mercantile on Main, Steam Soapery, and Serendipity Toys. There is truly something for everyone at her stores.

We highly recommend you take some time to peruse Chester. It is full of amazing small business, owned and operated by business owners themselves. We wanted to film so much more but ran out of time.
