We had a blast making this recruitment video! We are thankful to BCSO and Burke County for their belief and faith in us as a company to create and produce this video. A lot of hard work went into this production. Almost like making one of our films / movies.

There is a lot of people to thank for their help on this project. We'd like to personally thank Sheriff Steve E. Whisenant, Capt. Dylan Anderson, Alex Rhoney, Sgt James Huffman and Lt. Rodney Norman for all of their help and dedication to this project.

We wanted to say a special thank you to ,his crew and everyone at Marquee cinemas for helping make our debut weekend for our 2nd film, “Legacy River” a complete success. Just so you know - no where in his job description does it say, he has to help indie filmmakers. BUT HE DOES!! And not just us - but Garland has always helped local artists see their films shown at the theater. If small towns all across the country had more people like him the world would definitely be that much better! So thank you Garland!!

Truth be told, Mike Adams was Jay Turner’s football coach at Drexel. Jay was his quarterback. This is where “Dive 21” came from. A football play that Mike would try to get Jay to run. Due to his stubbornness Jay never did. Instead Jay would run his own play.

All these years later...Jay is still stubborn. Just kidding.

Their friendship grew over time and eventually brought them together to produce their first film together, “The Forgiven”. Five years later they’re at it again with their 2nd production, “Legacy River”. Yes it’s another film, but this time their mission is different.

Obviously they both share a deep and motivated passion for filmmaking, but another exists too. Giving back. The community is extremely important to them both. In this shared passion, DIVE 21 STUDIOS was born. A production company, rooted in faith, meant to help grow the community.
