A Line of Strong To Severe Thunderstorms will Move Across the Area From West to East Starting Around 8A.M. Sunday Through the Early Afternoon Hours ("11am—2pm.") as the Line Moves Through WNC. Heavy Rainfall and Strong Gusty Winds are the Primary Threats. Below is a Future Radar Image of 10AM 12/29/2024 And Current Data Shows the Line of Strong Thunderstorms Over Shelby. Given current Data we expect the Strongest Area of activity to be Over our Area between 7:45am—11:00am. 📸 Sent From Amber Spearman Video from 5/17/2024 Thunderstorm With Funnel Cloud And Tornado 🌪️⚠️. This Video shows how easily a Quick Spin-Up Tornado we refer to can happen. Radar never gave enough feedback for NWS to issue a Tornado Warning. I'll share in the comments the Actual Radar Image that shows the small amount of Rotation it takes to produce a Tornado. Pending NWS Confirmation which will most likely be a EF—0 Given Damage Report. ⚠️★Video is not for release only through original owner★⚠️
