Catskills News Update: .WINTER STORM WARNING IN EFFECT FROM 10 AM SUNDAY TO 1 AM EST MONDAY. Heavy snow expected. Total snow accumulations between 6 and 8 inches.
In New York, Sullivan County. In Pennsylvania, Lackawanna,
Luzerne, Northern Wayne, Pike, and Southern Wayne Counties.
Travel could be very difficult.
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
