We get it - you work hard and you know you are ready to take it to the next level. Maybe you are already there and your title simply doesn’t reflect your amazingness. Whatever the reason, promotions were just shared and your name wasn’t on the list.

You have a few choices:

1️⃣ How dare they! Be angry that it feels like you were once again passed over and decide to tap out and stop trying so hard (for the love of roasted marshmallows, please do not do this!)

2️⃣ Accept that even if you are ready to be promoted, your company isn’t financially ready to invest in your greatness. Keep fighting those fires until the next round. We are rooting for you!

3️⃣ Keep bringing that fire at work, but Promote Yourself with a side hustle!
