Volunteers are needed to serve the warming station at Montgomery's Cramton Bowl.

Be a Hero this Winter! Join us at Montgomery Warming Center, where your kindness can truly change lives. We're urgently seeking volunteers for all shifts, with a critical need for overnight heroes from 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM. Your flexible spirit and willingness to serve where needed most will make a lasting impact!

Volunteer shifts kick off on January 24 at 5 PM and last until January 27 at the Cramton Bowl Multiplex (220 Hall Street). Arrive 30 minutes early for check-in and instructions. Your tasks? Welcome guests, distribute meals, and help keep things tidy and organized.

Here’s a winter weather update on the roads in the City of Montgomery for Wednesday afternoon.

The impassable travel advisory for streets within the City of Montgomery has
been lifted.

Although some roads are clearing, others may still be affected by black ice.
We recommend that citizens only drive if it is absolutely necessary to ensure
clear roadways for emergency services.

If citizens must drive, we ask that they drive with extreme caution.
