Winter storm watch is in effect from midnight tonight, Wed. Dec. 18 until midnight, Thurs. Dec. 19. There is a possiblity of snow accumulations between 3 to 5 inches and winds gusting as high as 35 MPH. This has the possiblity of making travcel difficult. People should prepare accordingly.
