For this week The BlueHeart Foundation 334, would like to highlight my Mason, Noble, Frater Willie J. Snipes Jr. who is currently Director of Bands at Miles College in Birmingham, Alabama. Professor Snipes brings big energy and is the driving force behind The Purple Marching Machine Band which continues to grow and showcase the talent that Miles College has to offer. Professor Snipes is a hard working dedicated educator who continues to put Miles College Purple Marching Machine Band on the map. Not only is Professor Snipes a proud member of Kappa Kappa Psi Honorary Band Fraternity Inc, he is also a member of Phi Mu Alpha Sinfonia Fraternity of America, a Prince Hall Mason, and a Prince Hall Shriner (Khedive Temple No.16) So, on behalf of The BlueHeart Foundation 334 we would like give our roses to Professor Snipes for the "OWTstanding Service" you are providing not only to the kids in your band program but to those high school kids that want to take the musical talents to the next level. Thank You for being You!!!!!!!!

This has been one GREAT year for The HBCU Right Now Podcast and it's only up from here. We have had great guest pickers, and recorded awesome high school bands from Carver High School Marching Wolverines to The Selma High School Band of Blue, we even met Wild-N-Outs on Emmanuel Hudson at a step show on the campus of Auburn University were I was a judge. The HBCU Right Now Podcast teamed up with The AEAONMS HBCU Iniative to raise funds every month for a deserving HBCU in the United States. We even teamed up with Eastdale Mall and The Brothers of Iota Phi Theta Fraternity Inc, to give back to a deserving educator through our program called I-Appreciate which is going on right now. Big S/o to Yummy Grill, Circle Internet Radio, The Platform Network LLC , One Solid Fleet, and The AEAONMS HBCU Iniative for believing in me and helping me with this podcast, I couldn't have done it without y'all.
