Dancing About Architecture writes this about our album: "Music today is, more often than not, made for all the wrong reasons. People might think that fame, celebrity, cash, and all the other trappings are what it’s all about, but they used to be just the by-products of making music. for the lucky few at least, not their ultimate goal.
Cadosia Street remember what making music is about, and The River Inside of Me is the proof. Conceived as a celebration of a “milestone birthday” for Edward Scott Michael, the album was the result of the gathering of those close to him to make an album for all the right reasons – for the love of creativity and the joy of friendship, for the beauty that is borne out of collaboration and the shared musical experience. And the result is a gorgeous collection of songs.

Artists should forget the end goal when making music, lose the agenda, ignore the marketing men and the record label dictates, and work in the moment. Okay, you might not get that number one single or that second house in Monterey Bay, but the world will be a much better place for the music that add to it. Just listen to The River Inside Me and tell me I’m wrong."
