Community Media of the Foothills is a non-profit 501 (c)(3) organization that operate Monrovia’s community media center and television studio. We facilitate, promote and produce public service television programming on behalf of Monrovia’s three public and community access channels: KGEM – Community & Education Channel (Spectrum 3) KMAC – Public Access & Freedom of Speech Channel (Spectrum 98) KGO

V – Government & Municipal Meetings Channel (Spectrum 99) We offer training, equipment, and the use of our studio to residents, volunteers, and people who work in Monrovia. Community Media of the Foothills
