“We were good... until we weren’t.”

Said a couple sitting across from me in the yurt.

They were trying to resolve how something so full of love had turned into distance and disconnection.

No one had cheated.
There hadn’t been a blowout.
But the spark was dim.

The truth?

..all who comprehend the exquisite role that water plays in our lives moment by moment.

Please join me Sunday on the shores of Lake Monona!

The July MoonLodge is a sacred community gathering at Frostwoods Beach to HONOR THE WATERS ~ IN CELEBRATION OF THE FATHER.

This time of Summer when the Sun is hot and high in the sky we connect with our Cosmic Father of warmth, wisdom and light...
..and we honor the Waters as we celebrate HE who protects SHE that Carries the Water.

Men, boys, brothers, uncles, fathers, grandfathers are all invited to join the MoonLodge this month.

The Grandmother Drum, Falling Water, will be with us to support, guide and empower as we commune with the Water, pray for its purification, drum for it's beauty, sing forth our gratitude and remember that we are all part of one cosmic life, interdependent and integrated.

July's MoonLodge marks the 14th year of public ceremony at Frost Woods Beach which started with the Lake Monona Water Walk of 2012.

I reflect with much gratitude and joy on all the powerful events that surrounded the Lake Monona Water Walks and am ever grateful to former Monona Mayor Bob Miller, Grandmother Josephine Mandamin, William Waterway Marks, Bill Miller...
..and the many, many gorgeous souls that walked, prayed, taught, celebrated, volunteered, supported and covered the Lake Monona Water Walks of 2012 - 2015.

So much good for the collective awareness of water has come from our service, support and conscious stewardship of Lake Monona. THANK YOU ALL!

So, this Sunday, I invite you (men, women and children) to the shores of Lake Monona once again and into the beautiful ceremony of the Ancient Mother MoonLodge!!!

I'd love to answer any questions you might have about the gathering before Sunday.
