We make an effort to work closely with our customers to ensure their satisfaction and to establish a lasting business relationship. Some of the services we offer are, but are not limited to: • Inspection and preventive maintenance • Grounding • Lighting and relamp • Plumb and tension • Guy wire replacement • Dish and camera alignment • Antenna, dish, and line installation • FM antenna rework • Misc hardware installation • Troubleshooting Market Analysis Our purpose is to fill the void that was left in the industry when our previous employer passed away. It has become evident that many of our loyal customers have come to rely on companies from out of state that aren't able to provide their services in a timely manner. We believe that our customers deserve better, and we are here to do our part. Business Strategy We will be reaching out to regional cell-phone and wireless providers as well as to am/fm radio and television broadcast stations - many of which we have had close ties with in previous employment. It is our intention to offer our services at an affordable rate with our only motives being good business and loyalty. With these companies we hope to establish a recurring schedule of annual or biannual tower inspections. By doing this we will have first hand knowledge of their towers giving us the advantage of seeing problems before they arise. We will also make ourselves available to the businesses and owners we don't already have close ties with. In order to do this we will be advertising via internet, reputation, and personal meetings. Management Summary Both owners will be actively performing all field duties required for the customers first hand, ensuring only the safest, most reliable service is provided to our valued customers. We believe that company owners that actually "get their hands dirty" and do the work themselves know that they and they alone are responsible for the reputation of the company.
