Do you like to write or take photos? Want to do something that matters? Check out https://citycollegenews.com, Minneapolis College's own student news organization. Staff meetings are from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Thursdays. We also provide reporter training, which you can work through at your own convenience online or participate in interactively on a weekly basis, from 4 to 5 p.m. Tuesdays.

Working for your student news organization is a great way to improve your writing and photography skills, get to know the campus better, beef up your resume and grow in various skills such as time management, organization, leadership, and communication.
