Lastly, SCHEDULE your filming day that works with your business and your camera crew.
This could be an annual event, a gala, a company meeting, etc.
Pick a big event that everyone is in-town for anyways and you can just pull people away for 10 to 15 minutes of their time and get dozens of testimonials recorded in one day.

It happens from the beginning all the way through to the end.
You can use project management software, Google calendar, Google Sheets, CRMs, etc.
One thing we suggest is utilizing your Google Calendar invites to include all the pertinent details for everyone who will physically be there or should be available remotely on the days of your filming.
Make sure your calendar invite has the following:
- Project name
- Client name
- All Crew name, phone, email
- Tag the location as the calendar event location (so crew can click and navigate exactly to your location)
- List any 2nd, 3rd, or more locations you're filming at.
- Include up to 5 (no more than 5) links in the description. Things like: model release waiver link, reference video, link to group order for Chipotle or craft services, event schedule, etc...
Include ALL the details you need in the calendar invite that people of all roles may need - to minimize situations of people needing to dig for emails or the call sheet for AT-A-GLANCE details.
Yes, use a call sheet. But also - use a Calendar invite.
