The next film to be announced as an OFFICIAL SELECTION for Meggaxp's Blood Bash 2024 is....
Surrogate - short film!
Surrogate comes to us from the United States of America, is the 10th film from the USA to be featured at the show, and has a runtime of 8 minutes even . It was directed by Nick Michael, written by Jon Dittman, and produced by Kyle Thornton. It stars Alexandria Rumsey.

A man’s fear of fatherhood manifests itself in the worst way possible.

The movies have been handed over to our Blood Bash Judging Panel, so we are unsure if this film will be shown on Friday or Saturday. However, we can confirm that you can catch it on one of those days at Blood Bash 2024. The event will take place on Friday, February 9th, 2024 (film festival bonus night) and Saturday, February 10th (main convention day) at the Commonwealth Commerce Center in downtown Jackson, Michigan!
If you've never attended a Blood Bash event before, be aware that it is quite different from most other shows! In addition to the vendor room and the film festival, there are plenty of other activities to enjoy. These include participating in interactive game shows and trivia challenges, playing carnival games and video game challenges for free, a contest for the best scream queen, a cosplay contest, and much more!

You can also get kids tickets if your kids are crazy enough to handle this show - - - for $5 for both days!!! That's right, $5 and your kids 12 and under can be disturbed for not one, but TWO days!
Finally, if you're in the military, past or present, you can just show your military ID at the door and get to come experience Blood Bash 2024 on us, as a way of saying thank you for your service!!!

Also worth noting, that even if you don't get in to this year's show, just BEING ON THIS LIST will get you early access to Blood Bash 2025, so it's worth signing up regardless!
