Star Tribune's All-Minnesota Girls Tennis and Swimmer of the Year

Monticello sophomore Adalynn Biegler this November set the Minnesota high school state record in the 50- and 100-yard freestyles. Rochester Mayo’s Claire Loftus this fall concluded her high school tennis career as a five-time state. Bieger is she's also the Star Tribune's All-Minnesota Girls Swimmer of the Year. Loftus, who will attend Johns Hopkins University, is our Girls Tennis Player of the Year. So how do two of the state's top athletes prepare for competition? Adalynn and Claire gave us the details.
