Whenever it's near the Hmong New Year time, my qhua neeb enjoy listening to songs about seeing others after a long time. My go to favorite that I have been jamming to right now is from TJ Henny, "Nyob lis cas lawm xwm".

In years past, my qhua neeb also enjoy The Kong and Shu Project, "Nyob Zoo". 🥰💃🏼❤️ I am counting down the days to releasing my qhua neeb (spirit guides) for the New Year.

Feeling deeply grateful to be officially certified in Reiki ✨

Even more powerful was sharing this journey with a group of bright, strong, and soulful women. Thank you to Nancy Xiong with Hono Bono Healing LLC for hosting this beautiful space and her teachings.

We didn’t just learn healing — we became it, together.
