Loved the film and the creativity behind it. Especially how they portrayed Shamanism and a lost spirit. It was so nice to ask questions to the actors and director/producers. ❤️❤️❤️

Enjoyed the Hmong New Year celebrations with my family and boyfriend at the Excel Energy Center before running to check out the European Christmas event at Union Depot. Didn't realize it was outdoors and we nearly froze to ☠️. But it was so great to run into familiar faces and ohh and awe at all the amazing outfits everyone had on!

Happy Thanksgiving! I take food pretty seriously so I didn't indulge too much at the bar last night for blackout Wednesday to be up at 4am to get food done on time. 😅 I have so much to be thankful for, but especially to every beautiful soul I have been honored to dance with this year with Shaman Memoirs. I am so proud of the films success, Vera for her amazing work, and excited to support the movie screening in Saint Paul, MN. Get your tickets to see what I assisted with in the early on stages of the script. Unfortunately, as I didn't have my shrine open during filming, I couldn't be onset in Montana. But I am so proud to see the final project. ❤️🥰💃🏼

Shout out to Cravin’ Asian for delivering delicious fawm kauv for my team's Halloween potluck! Food was phenomenal and I am so disappointed I could only eat one plate. 😅 The tres leches and BTS cake were game changing. 🥰💃🏼💋 Happy Halloween, everyone! May you be full, safe and blessed. Jump over fire for extra precautions, and if all else fails, Eat 30 is next month, so go beg an elder to hu plig (soul calling) if needed. 🤪🤭🫣

I bought some nice new tools from Hmoob Twj Neeb/Hmong Shaman Tools for the New Year! They are having a grand opening soon of their shop in Fridely, MN next month. Not gonna lie, I send all my students here (not affiliated). 😅 Owners are super sweet and my qhua neeb find her so endearing. ❤️🥰❤️ They have so many different tools including my massive Txiab Neeb I use for ceremonies in town. Wish it'd fit in my carryon luggage for out of state. 😅

Today marked a beautiful (albeit sad) day as it is my last ceremony of the year. ❤️💃🏼🥰 Looking back, I had an idea what my journey would be like after doing my grand opening in June, but I was not prepared for the magnitude. Knowing I'm lazy and just tell funny ghost stories alone, I genuinely don't realize how many people I've touched. Finally embracing my calling again has truly opened my eyes on how simple it can be to help- by just being genuinely yourself. I'm BEYOND excited for the Hmong New Year and the closing of my shrine next month. Thank you to all the beautiful spirits who have danced with me this year.

MY STAFF DO LOVE ME!!! 😅🥰🤣 They got me some amazing doughnuts from Puffy Cream and I was shocked when I saw coconut ones (I ❤️ coconut). It's so light and airy, and delicious. Puffy Cream Donuts Plus Nothing like a sugar rush to wake me up from this cold.

Thank you to all the amazing people who helped me set up for my October Spirit Circle Collective and to all my guests who came to share ghostly and Shaman experiences. Regardless of our spiritual path and direction, to come together as friends to support and learn from one another is such a beautiful thing. We don't care what lineage you're from or how long you've been a Shaman, we just want to understand ourselves and what others are going through. Having great food & dressed in costume doesn't hurt, either. 🤣😉💃🏼

The macaroons from Xiong&Xiong were SO CUTE and delicious!!! The food from Cravin’ Asian was also really good. I would recommend. ❤️ I love Halloween, so I had to be Zenitsu from Demon Slayer. When he is awake, he's afraid of everything demon related, but if you knock him out, he's super strong. 🤣 Coincidentally, we had another demon slayer amongst us, so we had to take pics. Too bad the demon had left the party earlier. Chua & Kalia were the MVPs who wore face paint and kept an eye mask on the whole time.

Thank you a million for these macaroons I've been craving for. They were delicious, light and airy, but also chewy. 🥰 Unfortunately, my uncultured boyfriend DROPPED ONE, and continued to eat them in one bite. I just stared at him (in fear) that he'd eat em all before I could finish my one cookie. I was able to eat 2, while he smashed 4. ☠️🤣👻
