Hi folks, to those that have messaged us about the issue with the site: thank you! This looks like the same issue that happened back in May. Our host (Pantheon) keeps asking to have us verify that we own minnesotaplaylist.com.
We aren't sure what is going on over there and are sorry for this major inconvenience. Our backend support over at Lakes Interactive are working on it.
Thanks for you patience. We should hopefully have it resolved in a few hours.

Thanks to Lakes Interactive for getting the site back online this morning. However, as of 6:45p we had to turn the contact form off. From 6:30 - 6:45 we received over 500 spam emails through the contact form from an IP address in Belgium.
I (Damon Runnals) am not proficient in websites, DNS, Cloudflare rules, etc. My developer is a designer and Drupal expert not a domain and web hosting expert.

If there is anyone in the community who wanted to earn some Karma (and yes some $$ as we'll pay you for your time), we would love some help in fixing this issue and helping to prevent it in the future - please DM playlist directly.

For some reason Playlist gets hammered by spam, apparently this isn't uncommon for sites with contact forms. We are also open to alternate forms of communication. If you have ideas, if you have seen better communication systems that don't succumb to the spam farms please DM us, we would love to chat.

Playlist remains a labor of love for me. Not because I love websites but because despite not being personally involved to a large degree anymore, I love this community. I want to bring more to Playlist so it provides more value to the community, but right now I'm banging my head against the wall in frustration at how challenging it has gotten to run this one website.

In an attempt to add captcha to our contact form to reduce the 10-20 spam messages we get daily it looks like it may have broken the site.
Note that if you login to the site it seems to remove the issue and you can view all the classifieds and auditions.
We should hopefully have this fixed by tomorrow.

Squish a bug and another comes up.
The BULK PURCHASE feature of the site is currently not working. IF you plan to purchase more than one Audition or Classified ad at a time, please purchase them separately.

Well that certainly took longer than planned.
The talent profile block is working again on Playlist. You can now access your profiles from your account page (first time purchases and renewals).
Thanks for your patience everyone!
We'll be going through all first time purchases and renewals from today back til Oct 1, 2023 and updated expiration dates to account for the site issue.

Known issue: the talent profile block seems to be broken. If you purchase a talent profile you won't be able to do anything with it. Please hold on purchasing talent profiles until we get that updated. We are working with our developer on a variety of things so it is on the list to fix.
