I’m writing from just a few miles outside of Saint Louis. Our last stop. We just passed the confluence of the Mississippi and Missouri Rivers and in a couple miles will be passing through the final lock and dam.
I really can’t believe its all worked so far…. over 650 miles, 30 shows, and tens of thousands of people left delighted, confused, or both.
If you know folks in St Louis, we are performing tonight, Saturday, and Sunday (Sept 8, 9, 10) along the waterfront at the boat ramp right near the Mural Mile (intersection of Chouteau Ave & S Leonor K Sullivan Blvd.)
Our time setting up in the Twin Cities already feels like ages ago. This photo was taken from a bridge looking down at our first show in Minneapolis by Ben Hovland.
Anyway... I don't want to celebrate too soon. A lot could still go wrong. But I can't believe we've come so far...
