FIVE THINGS YOU MUST NEVER DO TO YOUR PASTOR.

1. DON'T LIE TO YOUR PASTOR

Acts 5:1-11 Talks about a man and his wife (Ananias and Sapphire) who lied to their pastor (Peter) and died untimely death.

Any time you lie to your spiritual covering, something dies in you unknowingly.

No matter what happen, don't lie to your spiritual father.

2. DON'T GOSSIP YOUR PASTOR

Numbers 12:1-10 Talks about Marian and Aaron Moses family members who who was busy gossiping their pastor because he married an Ethiopian woman (where they considered as abomination) Nobody gossip his Spiritual covering and succeed.

No matter what your father does, try to avoid gossip.

3. DON'T EXPOSE YOUR PASTOR

Gen 9:20-27 Talks about Noah who got drunk and became naked, one of his son HAM saw the nakedness and told the rest.

Never you expose or Reveal anything you know about your pastor to others.

At the end, Noah cursed Ham and God honoured the curse.

Even in the sliding state of your pastor, God will still defend him.

4. DON'T FORGET YOUR PASTOR'S INVESTMENT IN YOUR LIFE

2 Timothy 4:10 For Demas hath forsaken me, having loved this present world, and is departed unto Thessalonica; Crescens to Galatia, Titus unto Dalmatia.

Demas forgot Paul spiritual investment, because of the things of this world

there are many people today who had forgotten the sacrifices paid by their spiritual father just because certain factors

It's true you have life to live but please don't forget anointed people who contributed to your rising in life

5. DON'T FIGHT YOUR PASTOR

Psalms 106:17 The earth opened and swallowed up Dathan, and covered the company of Abiram.

Dathan and Abiram were followers of Moses who became too full of themselves and started challenging Moses Authority

The ground opened up and swallow them

Never you challenge the spiritual authority of your spiritual covering, it's dangerous

many are suffering, struggling and dead today because they were so foolish to challenge spiritual covering out of closeness, familiarity and access

CONCLUSION

Your pastor is God's property, God will do everything possible to protect him or her. The best you can do is to make him or happy.

1. O Lord, help me to love and protect my spiritual covering in Jesus Name

2. O Lord, help me to reject anybody turning my heart against my spiritual covering in Jesus name

3. Anything or anyone coming in between me and my spiritual covering, I delete you in Jesus Name
