Hello creative family, friends, and partners. We’ve had a formidable three years establishing the impact and recognition of Creative MPLS here in the Twin Cities. Our powerful union between our adolescents, adult creators, and visitors has shaped and expanded our community by giving the Twin Cities a fighting chance to continue to expose and accommodate resources of the arts to all of Minnesota.
Creative has been a one-stop-shop that caters to a variety of entrepreneurs, curators, vendors, local brands, producers/engineers, artists, graphic designers, videographers, photographers, make-up artists, promoters, DJs, models, actors, influencers, students, educators, business affiliates and many more delivering a flavorful contrast of creative interest within our community. We have held events such as food banks, toy drives, job fairs, music or video releases, film premiers, podcast interviews, tours, festivals, music art showcases, live sessions, open mics, pop-ups, fashion shows, live karaoke, workshops, and panel discussions.
We recently had substantial blows to the architecture from recent blizzards; which caused several leakages in our roofing and wiring. It has not only affected the roof itself but also the equipment we use to run the space. Water damage to our devices, recording, podcast equipment, and electricity has recently prohibited the usage of our studio. We are all fighting to upgrade and repair all damages quickly to deliver the best experience possible. We need help raising money for repairs, replacing our equipment, and upgrading our space. Any help is appreciated. Thank you for your continued support.
