FROZEN BAY FERRY SERVICE CANCELLATIONS: That slushy stuff we saw in the ferry basin when picking up freight this afternoon signaled that this post was only a matter of time. Service suspension begins in Fair Harbor and Ocean Bay Park and will remain in effect until further notice.
