I'm getting ready to retire. If anyone would be interested in buying the building (with large apartment upstairs, fenced yard and 4 car garage), the amazing classic equipment, and the successful business, get in touch! If the entire package doesn't sell, certain equipment will become available, but it •won't• be at fire sale prices, so vultures, stay away please ;). If you can keep the studio running and wait out the 2026 complete redesign of National Avenue, the subsequent increased value of the real estate alone will more than justify the purchase. The studio remains in operation for now, but may close in the next months without notice.
