Kintsugi (kin — gold, tsugi — repair or joining)
This Japanese art of putting broken pottery pieces back together with gold — is built on the idea that by embracing scars and imperfections, you can build an even stronger, more beautiful piece of art. Every break is unique and instead of repairing an item like new, the 400 year-old technique highlights the “flaws” as a basis of the design.

Kintsugi teaches us that even though things may get damage, they are still valuable and have meaning.
