Peace begins from within, if we are not peaceful inside, the world we see will be chaotic.
Sometimes life gets so busy, that we forget who we are and where we really want to be.
Taking the time to go somewhere quiet and collet our thoughts from time to time is very important.
There are two places we all should to go to often. �
1. The place that heals us.
�2. The place that inspires us.
Making sure we have these places in our life is a massive step towards inner peace. Some people like going for a nature walk, beach, park, lake, desert.
Some people like to paint, dance, garden, play music, read a book or meditate. Whatever makes us feel rejuvenated is right for us.
We are not here to just pay bills and taxes. Our primary mission is to be happy, create legacy, love and enjoy what we do as much as we can.
Sometimes we just need to remind ourselves of that.
