Baking updates!
With these doughs needing so much rest time there’s a significant amount of work before stream.

Last night I prepped the cheese slipper b**a for a long rest then this morning I made the dough and added cheese (I swear it’s 50% cheese 🤣). I also decided to make some tortilla chips on a whim.

So far so good!
