On this episode of hashtag#takeofftuesday, we bring you to the future of live music entertainment. The FPC, once completed, will have the capacity for 4,500 people. The venue is expected to include enhanced amenities for the fans & artists.It is expected to host between 55-60+ events every year. What a great amenity to have in our Deer District. The construction behind the project will be provided by Miron Construction Co., Inc. and architectural package provided by EUA.

The Edison
You see dirt, we see a 32-story, 344-unit multi-family building with about 7,100 square feet of retail space along the Milwaukee RiverWalk. We cannot say enough things about The Edison, developed by The Neutral Project Construction is projected to start this coming spring and the end result will be jaw dropping. The 295,734-square-foot tower is scheduled to be completed by the summer of 2026, pending city approvals.
So, what is special about this development compared to other hashtag#newdevelopments happening in the area, I'll tell you. The Edison will be built using a hybrid engineered wood system, with cross laminated timber (CLT) floor system, glulam columns, concrete beams stairs and cores. In less fancy words, hashtag#masstimber, which is great for the environment.
Lastly, the amenity package really did make our jaw drop. This beautiful development will have a spa & fitness center featuring Peloton bikes, a pool/ sauna, demo kitchen, sky lounge, dog park & grooming station, movie room, community garden, entertainment deck which includes kitchens & an outdoor sport court, 1st floor pocket parks, library, Co-working space, yoga studio, game room, golf simulator, bike storage & repair space..... That was a lot to say!

The City of Oak Creek Government is desirable and continuing to be a beautiful area where young professionals and retirees can come together to live, work, and play. In this episode of #takeofftuesday, we take you to Broadacre. Designed by AG Architecture, the Broadacre, a $40 million project from Revel Investments and Altius Building Company, will be a mix of apartments and town homes on 10 acres.
The amenities of this development will include a dog park, patio with grilling station, community gardens, an outdoor fire pit, and a pickle ball court. What we love more than anything is the solar panels located at the top of the buildings. If you live in the Oak Creek area and you're looking for a modern farmhouse style with a splash contemporary feel, this is the place for you.
Completion of this project is expected to take 17 months.

We welcome you to a mixed used development developed by Cobalt Partners Comprising more than 38 acres, the project will feature medical office, retail, luxury apartment units, a business park and The TURF Skatepark. Construction is underway on the 267-unit apartment component as well as a 40,288-square-foot medical office building.
We're not surprised that the architect of this development is the brilliant RINKA and the family owned company CG Schmidt, Inc. as the general contractors. What a great amenity to add to the City of Greenfield WI.
