I’ve been struggling with some health issues for a couple of months now… The last couple of weeks I’ve had difficulty eating. Luckily I’ve been able to maintain my strength by taking in some of our Nutriplus Meal Replacement and an occasional L-Carnatine shot. I lost 10 pounds, which is welcomed but not a weight loss plan recommendation 🫣 but I’m committed to taking full advantage of this opportunity. 💪🏻 Now that I’m feeling better I’m focusing on exercise.
