Our Story
Core Entertainment, originally named DJ Q and the Crew was established by Corey Anderson in 2013. Corey got his start in the DJ business 2006 with Orange County’s infamous Jay Bird Productions. Trained by DJ Jay Bird himself, he quickly became a prominent entertainer for J.B.P. where he gained the nickname Q-Ball. After years of working for other companies that seemed to only cater to clients that wanted extravagant parties and deep pockets, Corey decided it was time for a change. “It’s about the love of the party. It’s about that moment you hit play on a song and the entire dance floor explodes. Just thinking about it gives me chills. That’s why we party. That’s why we do what we do.” This is the basic principle behind Core Entertainment.
