Yes they have low prices…that’s a given. They also have systems that make it easy and encourage customers to keep coming back to shop with them - even when their products are low quality.
👩🏼💼To business owners: make it easy as heck for people to shop with your small business. That might mean investing more time and resources creating an online store, booking program, email marketing automations, or marketing more effectively so people know exactly what to expect.
🛍️To shoppers: let us realize that a little more effort or cost to support small and local businesses helps our community a whole lot more than shopping at these big box stores that funnel money into the pockets of billionaires.
