So the big announcement! Midland Self Storage has offered to allow us to use their small vacant lot they own next door until we are able to open our brick and mortar. So starting this Sunday, this will become our main location to set up the bagel cart at daily (closed Monday's) unless we are at an announced event instead. Our address will be 3610 North Big Spring Street. The lot is located in between Midland Self Storage and Midland Family Physicians PA, directly across the street from ClayDesta Center.

If you are ever looking for storage, please consider Midland Self Storage and tell them I sent you :)

Did you miss me? 😀 Fever broke for almost 48 hours now and feeling like my old self again, so I’m going to spend Saturday to finish getting the cart set up and then let's do brunch on Sunday! Come on out to the bagel cart Sunday 9Am-3pm in the small lot next door to Midland Self Storage at 3600 Big Spring Street, directly across the street from ClayDesta Center.

Our Yeti has arrived! Charging up our new Goal Zero Yeti 1500X for the first time! Runs off a deep cycle 12v battery that can be recharged via electric or solar. Also our 200 watt ”briefcase” solar panel arrived today. We will be using the Yeti to power the new bagel carts griddle, fridge and point of sales operations.

BIG NEWS! We have raised enough funds as of today to purchase the cart, which I did just did and also enough to start looking for the brick and mortar location and get a lease signed!

So TCB Fam, I need your thoughts and input. This is not the exact one, I'm thinking about getting something like this to use as a bagel cart while we continue to fund and get our brick and mortar open! Having this would allow me to expand before the brick and mortar, allowing me to make more money then I currently do, putting that towards the brick and mortar. This would be permittable by the Health Department just like a hot dog cart allowing me to start offering breakfast sandwiches by cooking on a griddle along with sandwiches like LOX and whitefish salad, which I can't currently under cottage law. Once the brick and mortar is open, the cart could still be put to good use like doing outside shop hours evening popups, downtown events and even party catering... So thoughts?
