Yesterday, I missed my first flight to NYC and had to catch a later one. I was so upset, but now I know it happened for a reason. At baggage claim, I went to the bathroom to touch up my makeup and heard a woman sobbing. She was speaking to someone very quietly, so I didn’t know what to say. I left and came back four times while waiting for my bags, but she kept sobbing.
