:) One of the most common mistakes I see people make in sign language is signing “thank you” from under the chin.
During the flight, one of the flight attendants handed me a cup of water and I signed, “thank you”, and she copied me- she signed it back but from under the chin, and I quickly corrected her & she understood. Then she signed, “thank you”, from on the chin.

Ahh, finally posted this! I meant to post this on January 1. As soon as the alarm went off at 5am on January 1, I hit the ground running and have been so busy since then. 😅 I’m feeling good! I’m taking it one day at a time. 😌
Now I’m going to bed early tonight to catch up on sleep! 🤪 I have so many goals! 😅😅😅 But I’ve been making adjustments so I don’t get overwhelmed again but to take it one day at a time and it really helps that I’ve decided on what is non-negotiable so that takes off the pressure trying to do everything. 😌

😄☺️😌 — Obviously I was not going to use this take but when I watched the video clip, it just made me smile 😄 and I wanted to keep it… these are my true feelings about 2025. :) I’m excited. I just know it. I just know changes are happening… slowly but surely and I’m just so excited because I’m so ready to get out of this rut!! This year!! 🙌🏼 I’m taking it one day at a time. 😌

For those who may need this reminder… I did need this reminder myself today. I filmed this yesterday on January 1 knowing that some people like myself tend to get discouraged when things don’t go as planned especially after the New Year’s Day so I wanted to share this reminder that slow progress is still progress. So keep going, keep making progress, it will all add up. 😌

Happy New Year from me and Baby Clark! 😄
This morning when I came downstairs to make breakfast, baby Clark came running into the kitchen signing, Happy New Year! 😄 That was cute! I was wearing my white fleece sweatshirt and she told me she had a white fleece sweatshirt too and she went looking for it and came back wearing it. 😄 Then after breakfast I changed into a white fleece vest and then she also changed into the white fleece vest too! 😄 She wanted to match me, it was so cute! 😄 Then my Mom came downstairs and saw that we were matching and then she went looking for a black top for baby Clark to match me. 😄 So I asked baby Clark if she wanted to do a video with me. 😄 Happy New Year!! 😄 I look forward to teaching baby Clark more sign and making more videos together! 😄 Thanks for watching! I’m so glad you enjoy our videos! ☺️
