Recipe Ingredients: Fettuccine, of choice 1 cup raw cashews, boiled in water/broth and drained/rinsed�1 1/4 cup water or broth�1 clove garlic 2 tsp tahini 2 tsp Nekohama matcha 1/4 cup nutritional yeast 1/2-1 lemon, freshly juiced 1/2 teaspoon salt Pinch of black pepper For garnish: Almond Parmesan (50:50 raw almonds:nutritional yeast) Black sesame seeds Edible flowers Instructions: Boil the linguine in salted water until al dente. In a separate pot, boil the cashews for 20-25 minutes, until soft enough to squish a cashew with a spoon. Combine all ingredients, minus the fettuccine, ingredients in a food processor, until creamy. Season to taste. Fold the sauce into the pasta and top with almond parm, black sesame seeds & edible flowers. Enjoy!
