Welcome back to ""Animation for Dummies"". Today we put a little X-Ray to show you how a character learns to walk, run, jump, or whatever you want it to do:

Rigging: to the approved model with its textures, a skeleton called a 'rig' is added to enable animation. The rig consists of control points that, in the case of a character, provide all the joints and facial controls needed to achieve the desired animation. Once the rig is created, the model cannot be modified as the controllers would no longer work.

Shooting: this process begins with a story or script provided by an agency, production company, or client. During this stage, shot values and camera angles are determined through a sequence of drawings. This process is crucial as it defines the elements that will be visible on camera in the final result and what the rest of the production team will need to work on.

And to close with a flourish, Deme, our Head of Studio, put on the mask of one of the cutest characters that have passed through Mompozt Bogotá and Mompozt México.

To celebrate the Hispanic Heritage Month, Canela.TV, the Free Latino TV streaming service for the USA and the Americas, commissioned us to create a piece to celebrate the pride of being Latino and Hispanic.

The result is this colorful and vibrant motion graphics video, full of insights we found throughout LATAM, showing that this culture is ""like from another world"".

"No guilt" is the latest campaign from Postobon, the largest soft drink company in Colombia, to promote the sugar-free version of one of its main flavors: Manzana (Apple) Postobón. This time stars in a new version of the Adam & Eve Story, located in a dreamy pink paradise. We had the pleasure of participating in the post-production side of this beautiful production, enjoy it!
