Pairing with Jeff from Superstition Meadery. Join us Tuesday, Feb 8th as we host mead maker and owner, Jeff Herbert from Superstition Meadery as he walks us through a four-course Mead & Cheese Pairing!

THE PAIRINGS

9-month Aged Cheddar paired with Marion, a Semi-Sweet Mead using the juice from blackberries, blueberries & raspberries, and Arizona wildflower honey.

Manchego paired with Peanut Butter Jelly Crimes, a Blueberry Mead accented with a touch of Peanut Butter. Big jammy blueberry upfront, followed by a lovely, nutty finish. This is one killer mead!

Blueberry Wensleydale paired with $tax on Deck, Coffee on Ice, a Blueberry Mead with Maple, Coffee, Vanilla, & Cocoa Nibs.

Valdeon Blue Cheese paired with Sauternes barrel-aged Cherion, made with AZ wildflower honey, blackberry juice, raspberry juice, blueberry juice, and tart pie cherries from a roadside stand in western Colorado

The event will start at 6:30 PM sharp in the barrel room area of our tasting room. This is going to be a limited and intimate event where you can learn about Superstition's award-winning meads and pair them with cheese.

Celebrating 3 Years 🍻

Stoked to enjoy this lovely day with my family. It’s been years since I’ve had a Saturday off and I wouldn’t have it any other way than to spend it with my two lovely ladies.

One of the lucky ones over here! This liquid libation is a nostalgic throwback for me. Ever since I could remember I’ve been scarfing down Abuela’s flan, with seconds, and sometimes thirds! Who am I kidding… ALWAYS thirds 🤷🏻‍♂️ Fat boy status at heart, lol!

This may include (but not limited to) hopheads, beer geeks, beer connoisseurs, beer snobs, brewers, homebrewers, etc.. A brewhead takes pride in what they drink and/or brew.
