INGREDIENTS:
1 lb italian sausage or ground chicken, turkey
1 medium onion, diced
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp italian seasoning
1 chayote squash, peeled and diced
1 tsp crushed red pepper
1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, drained and chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
6 cups @kettleandfire chicken broth (discount code โlowcarbloveโ)
1 bunch kale, leaves stripped and chopped
3 cups unsweetened almond milk
1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan
DIRECTIONS:
1.In a large stockpot, under medium high heat, add your sausage and cook until brown.
2.Add your diced onion and garlic and saute.
3.Add chayote and sun dried tomatoes.
4.Add your seasonings, your Kettle and Fire chicken broth and almond milk.
5.Bring your soup to a low simmer and add your kale and Parmesan cheese. Garnish and enjoy!

2 chicken breasts
1 red bell pepper
1 yellow bell pepper
1 zucchini
1 purple onion
Garlic powder
Onion powder
Paprika
Chili powder
Chili flakes
Salt & pepper
Avocado oil
Directions:
1. Add the chicken breast and veggies to a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Season the chicken and the veggies with all of the seasonings listed.
3. Bake at 400F for 20-25 minutes.
4. Add your favorite creamy dressing and enjoy!

1 16 oz bag coleslaw mix
4 tbsp coconut aminos or soy sauce
2 tbsp sriracha
1 tbsp @choczero sugar free honey (discount code: lowcarblove)
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp ginger powder
1/2 tsp chili flakes
Pinch of salt & pepper
Green onion and sesame to top
Directions:
1. In a large skillet, add 1 tbsp avocado oil and cook your ground turkey or beef until golden brown. Season with all of the seasonings listed.
2. Add your coleslaw mix, and allow this to cook down for 1-2 mins.
3. Add your coconut aminos or soy sauce, sesame oil, sriracha, and honey.
4. Top with green onions, sesame seeds and extra sriracha if youโd like
I love pairing this with cauli rice, but you can eat it straight out of the pan too! ๐๐ผ

1 large zucchini or eggplant, sliced into lasagna noodles
1 lb ground beef
ยฝ white onion, diced
ยฝ cup diced celery
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp crushed red pepper
1 tsp italian seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tbsp tomato paste
1 jar low sugar marinara
1.5 cup @kettleandfire chicken bone broth (discount code: LOWCARBLOVE)
1 cup low fat ricotta cheese
Directions:
1. In a dutch oven or stock pot, cook your ground beef until brown. Season with salt and pepper.
2 Add your onion and celery and add the rest of your seasonings - garlic powder, onion powder, crushed red pepper, tomato paste and saute until cooked through.
3. Add your low sugar marinara and chicken broth until your soup thickens up.
4. Add your lasagna noodles and ricotta and stir for 1-2 mins.
