How to START working with us
Look through our website and check out the info we provide and our offers. Ask us any questions you may have. Go ahead and make a decision, then pay for your chosen service package (START, BASIC, or PRO, or in special cases OFFER). Once you make your purchase, our representative will contact you right away
Process
We start by gathering data from the customers whose reviews you are after. You can share your customers data in any convenient way: email, text message, any messaging app or our app. We start working with your customers by contacting them via call, text, voicemail, email, etc. to check on their satisfaction levels and encourage them to leave a positive review about the service they received from your company on Google or Yelp.
Control
In a few next days we follow up to check if your customer has left positive feedback. If the customer did not – we send another gentle reminder with direct link to your business profile on Google and Yelp. As a result of these actions more than 30% of your customers leave positive reviews. You rating goes up so as the number of your company reviews. Your business grows and your income increases.

*Process
After you have completed your services with a customer, you can share their contact information, description of services provided, comments, and feedback (if you have any) with us. In 1-2 days, we will follow up with your customer using any available method (phone call, text, voicemail, email).
The first step is to contact your customer`s cell phone and have a conversation using our unique algorithm. If this does not work, our representatives will leave a voicemail welcoming them to leave positive feedback about their received service from your company.
In any case, our representatives will send a text and/or email to thank your customer for using your services. The text or email will also contain a reminder to leave positive feedback about the services received from your business on your Google or Yelp profile. There will be a direct link to your business profile on Google and Yelp in the message to make it easy for your customer to navigate there and leave a review. Further steps are described under “CONTROL.”
*Control
After 5 days, we check whether the customer has left positive feedback or not. If a review was not posted, we send a new unique customized email/text with a call to provide feedback on received services. The email/text contains a direct link to easily navigate to your company’s Google and Yelp profile and post a review.
