Cold will be the rule this week - then a warming trend perhaps next week? Finally? We have been below normal for the best part of the last month and a half. But - before then - some flurries and light snow tonight. More north and less south. A dusting to an inch appears the best thought for Metropolis and Paducah.

No real changes in overnight data - forecast looks good. The weekend system is still in question as far as track and intensity - as well as the Mon/Tuesday system. We will just have to keep an eye on both winter storms. Track will be key to what happens in our region.
