🚨 Doordash Driver Threatens McDonald's Employee in Houston 🚨

On January 16, 2025, deputies from Harris County Sheriff's Precinct 4, under Constable Mark Herman, were dispatched to a McDonald's situated in the 22800 block of Cypresswood Drive to address a reported disturbance. Upon their arrival, the individual involved in the incident fled the location in a vehicle.

The deputies subsequently located the suspect's vehicle and conducted a traffic stop. The driver was identified as Wister Cobas, who works as a DoorDash delivery driver.

An investigation revealed that Cobas became highly aggressive when the restaurant refused to fulfill his order due to his failure to provide proof of the delivery request. During this confrontation, he threatened to kill the employees and made gestures suggesting he was armed.

🚨 Accident Left Teen Fighting for his Life. Police Seeking Public Assistance in Identifying Circumstances Surrounding the Situation 🚨

The Winkler County Sheriff’s Office is currently looking into an accident that took place on January 15, 2025, at approximately 8:55 PM in the 600 Block of North Pyote Street, Wink.

The incident resulted in serious injuries to a 17-year-old male, identified as Jake Shuler. Emergency responders from WCSO and WCEMS arrived promptly and administered life-saving measures before Mr. Shuler was transported to a hospital in Odessa, where he is now in the ICU. His family has been informed.

Anyone with information regarding this incident is urged to contact the Winkler County Sheriff’s Office at 432-586-3461.

The investigation is ongoing, and no additional details will be provided at this time.

On January 16, 2025, at approximately 8 p.m., officers from the Princeton Police Department were called to investigate a report of a missing person.

Odyesseus "Ody" Vega, a 16-year-old male, is described as 5 feet 6 inches tall, weighing 150 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. He has a scar on the right side of his face and skeleton bones tattooed on his left hand.

He was last seen wearing a black Nike sweatshirt, black jeans, and black Crocs, and was on foot in the 100 Block of E. Princeton Drive. Due to medical concerns regarding the juvenile, he is considered endangered.

🚨 Son Drives Car Into Parent's House in Rowlett 🚨

Rowlett Police Officers were dispatched to a situation involving substantial damage to a home located in the 2000 block of Westminster Drive.

According to the reporting party, their adult son deliberately crashed a vehicle into the living room of the house.

Fortunately, the residence was unoccupied at the time, and there have been no reported injuries.

The suspect left the scene but was swiftly apprehended near Chaha Road. The individual was found to be unarmed, and there is no ongoing threat to the community.

Officers are still present at the location to finalize their investigation.

A search is ongoing for the individual responsible for the shooting death of a Brazoria County Deputy at a strip center located on Stella Link Road near the South Loop. The suspect has been identified as 56-year-old Robert Lee Davis, also known as Sean Christopher Davis.

He is described as a Black male, approximately 200 pounds and 5 feet 10 inches tall, last observed wearing a blue Nike hoodie with white lettering, blue jeans, and blue sneakers.

The last known sighting of him was in the vicinity of 9300 Stella Link Road and the 610 South Loop.

‼️ Longview ISD Employee Arrested for S*xual Assault of a Child ‼️

On January 11, 2025, at approximately 3:49 PM, officers from the Longview Police Department were dispatched to a residence regarding a reported sexual assault that had taken place earlier.

During their investigation, the officers discovered that a 15-year-old female had been sexually assaulted by a 25-year-old male, identified as D’Marjai Dearion, a resident of Longview.

On January 14, 2025, Longview Police Detectives secured a warrant for Dearion's arrest. He was taken into custody on the same day, charged with S*xual Assault of a Child.

D’Marjai Dearion, who serves as a physical education teacher and coach within the Longview Independent School District, is currently being held in jail with a bond set at $150,000.

🚨 Two Arrested for Child S*xual Exploitation and Child SAM 🚨

The National Center for Missing and Exploited Children received two distinct cyber tips concerning child sexual abuse material. This information was subsequently forwarded to the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation's Internet Crimes Against Children Unit (ICAC) for further examination.

As part of their thorough investigation, OSBI special agents identified the suspects as 22-year-old Daemond Clarke and 39-year-old Galen Hesson, both residents of Ada, Oklahoma. It was found that both individuals had a significant quantity of child sexual abuse material in their possession.

On January 13, 2025, the OSBI ICAC Unit, along with the Ada Police Department and the Payne County Sheriff's Office K-9 Unit, executed search warrants at the residences of both Daemond and Hesson. Following the collection of evidence and information, both suspects were arrested and taken to the Pontotoc County Jail, facing charges of Child S*xual Exploitation and violations of the Oklahoma Computer Crimes Act.

The investigation remains ongoing.

On January 12, 2025, at approximately 7:35 PM, narcotics investigators from the Henderson County Sheriff's Office, including Jonathan Barrios, Jonathan Daille, and Brad Beddingfield, along with additional investigators, K-9 units, and deputies, executed a narcotics search warrant in the City of Athens on East Tyler Street. This warrant was authorized by Judge Scott McKee of the 392nd Judicial District.

During the operation, the following individuals were present at the residence or on the property: Major Codee-Ray Kenas, Amber Simone Van, Jesse Aaron Shoemake, Lisa Joann McKee, Robert Wayne Hollaway, Eric Weldon Frazier, and Bianca Jean Adams.

The search revealed a quantity of m**hamphetamine packaged for distribution, along with various baggies, scales, and syringes.

All seven individuals were arrested and taken to the Henderson County Detention Center, where they were booked on the following charges:

Harris County Precinct 4 Constable Deputies, in collaboration with the Klein Fire Department, successfully located and rescued three children who were trapped in a drainage system at the intersection of Kuykendahl Road and Countrypines Drive in Spring.

The boys, aged 10, 9, and 8, have been assessed by EMS and are now safely back with their guardians.
