neuecast is an independent animation and production studio based in Phoenix AZ

The brain child of Animator and Illustrator Emmanuel Rosales, after working for just 2 years in the Animation Industry, Emmanuel decided to go off and become an independent artist and thus neuecast was born. neuecast aims to bring high quality Animation as well as illustrated work with a twisted sense of humor and of course all things anime.
