AIR FRYER GARLIC BUTTER STEAK BITES AND POTATOES 😍😋
INGREDIENTS:
3 large potatoes
olive oil + salt pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and dried parsley (for potatoes)
2 Steaks – I used 10 ounce strip steaks
Olive Oil
Salt pepper, & garlic powder
Steak Seasoning I like using Kinder’s Prime Steak Seasoning
4 TBSP of butter
1 tsp of minced garlic
1 tsp of dried parsley
INSTRUCTIONS: :

Transform your meal routine with these flavorful steak and potatoes! Begin by washing and cutting potatoes into small cubes, then toss them in olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic, paprika, and dried parsley for a savory twist.

Cook the potatoes in the air fryer at 400 degrees for about 20 minutes, shaking them occasionally to ensure even cooking.

Next, cut your steak into 1-inch cubes and coat them with a blend of olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and steak seasoning for a rich and savory flavor.

Cook the steak bites in the air fryer at 400 degrees for about 7 minutes, resulting in a perfectly medium doneness.

To complete the dish, melt butter and mix in minced garlic and dried parsley, then pour the garlic butter over the steak bites and serve them over the crispy potatoes for a hearty and satisfying meal.

Beef Sweet and Sour
INGREDIENTS:
2 pounds sirloin steak, cut into thin squares
½ + ¼ cup coca cola, divided
1½ cup pineapple juice
¼ cup soy sauce
½ cup apple cider vinegar
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon tomato paste
4 tablespoons packed dark brown sugar, divided
1 tablespoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon red pepper flakes
1 large onion, cut into 1-inch pieces
2½ teaspoons cornstarch, dissolved in 4 tbsp cold water
2 to 3 teaspoons chili-garlic sauce
Salt and black pepper
For Skewer: (Garnish)
1 Red bell pepper, deseeded
1 Green bell pepper, sliced

Instructions:

Marinate steak overnight in a mixture of 1/2 cup cola, pineapple juice, soy sauce, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, tomato paste, 2 tablespoons brown sugar, garlic powder, red pepper flakes, and onion.

Remove meat from marinade and reserve marinade.

Boil marinade in a small saucepan over high heat, then add cornstarch mixture and simmer for 15-18 minutes.

Skewer sirloin and alternate with onions and bell peppers.

CHEESY POTATO BALLS 🥔

INGREDIENTS:
½ kg potatoes (irish potatoess or any regular potatoes)
1 egg, lightly beaten
½ cup dry bread crumbs
½ cup chopped onions
¼ cup minced meat
vegetable oil (enough for frying)
Cheddar cheese, cubed

Instruction:

Boil potatoes until tender for 20-30 minutes, then mash until smooth. Use a fork to mash manually, and strain to make finer.

Mix with egg, onions, and minced meat, then shape into balls and insert cheese cubes in the center.

Roll in bread crumbs and let stand for 15 minutes or freeze for 5 minutes.

Fry a few potato balls at a time in vegetable oil for 2-1/2 to 3 minutes until golden brown.

Drain on paper towels and serve warm with favorite dippings (sour cream, gravy, or cheese sauce).

Home-made 🍩 DOUGHNUTS 🍩

Ingredients:

2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 cup milk, warmed
1/4 cup sugar
2 teaspoons active dry yeast
1 egg, beaten
2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Oil for frying

For the Glaze:

2 cups powdered sugar
3-4 tablespoons milk
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions:

Make delicious doughnuts by combining warm milk, sugar, and yeast in a mixing bowl. Let sit for 5 minutes until frothy.

Add egg, melted butter, and vanilla. Gradually mix in flour to form a soft dough.

Knead the dough until smooth. Place in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise for 1 hour.

BEEF BULALO RECIPE

INGREDIENTS:

2 pounds beef shanks with meat
2 pounds bone marrow, cut to expose marrow on one end
1 bunch baby bokchoy or pechay, leaves separated
3 potatoes, peeled and cut into chunks
1 large white onion, peeled and chopped
4 cloves garlic, crushed ans peeled
2 pieces corn on the cob, cut into 1.5″ segments
2-3 tablespoons fish sauce
1 teaspoon black peppercorns
6-7 cups of water or enough water

Instructions:

In a large, deep pot, place the beef shanks and bone marrow, and cover them with enough water.

Add the chopped onion, minced garlic, and a few peppercorns to the pot for extra flavor. Bring the mixture to a boil, then remove any scum that rises to the surface.

Lower the heat and let it simmer for 4-5 hours over medium-low heat, or until the beef is tender and falls off the bone. If you're using a pressure cooker, it'll only take 1 to 1- 1/2 hours.

Once the beef is cooked, add diced potatoes, corn cobs, and a few dashes of fish sauce to the pot.

Simmer for 20 minutes, or until the potatoes and corn are cooked through.

Finally, add the baby bok choy or pechay in the final minute of cooking, cover the pot, and turn off the heat.

Serve it hot and enjoy with patis, red chili pepper, and calamansi on the side for a delicious and hearty meal.
