Thanks to a grant from the Tillotson-Menlo Charitable Foundation, Moon Lake Library has joined the Camellia Net consortium, offering over 50,000 ebooks and digital audiobooks.
In just eight months, patrons have checked out 255 books through the Libby app. Whether you love the feel of a physical book or the convenience of digital formats, there’s something for everyone at the Moon Lake Library.

New Fire Station Coming to Mentone!
Big things are happening in our community! Thanks to Alabama Speaker Nathaniel Ledbetter, the Alabama Forestry Commission presented a substantial grant of $250,000 to the North Lookout Mountain Fire Protection District. The department will use the funds to build a new Station 1 in Mentone to enhance the fire department’s ability to serve and protect us all.
