Chaplain James O'Connor conducted a leadership workshop for the United Ecumenical Communion of Christ (UECOC) on April 6, 2024. The session, titled "Leveraging Gratitude," emphasized the use of gratitude as a potent tool for transforming mindsets and behaviors within organizations.

Through interactive activities, participants were guided in fostering an atmosphere of appreciation, applying positive psychology principles, and implementing strategies to cultivate gratitude.

UECOC worldwide are appreciative of the knowledge and wisdom shared by Chaplain O'Connor during the workshop." Reflective exercises, group discussions, and practical approaches were employed to enhance leadership skills and team dynamics through gratitude.

Attendees responded positively to the event, acknowledging the significance of gratitude in both personal and organizational achievements. Archbishop Dr. Saundra Baylor remarked, "The workshop provided valuable insights into the impact of gratitude on success."

Archbishop Dr. Giovanni Robinson Sr. shared the heartache of losing his two sons but also expressed deep appreciation to God, saying, "Even in the midst of immense sorrow, I am grateful to God." The entire UECOC community extends their thanks to Chaplain James O'Connor for his exceptional service.
